To actively participate in NRA Conventional / Bullseye shooting a new shooter over the age of 21 will need to have a New York State Pistol Permit.

Junior shooters (14- 20) are welcome with the active participation of a parent or legal guardian who has a New York State Pistol Permit.  All local leagues actively encourage the participation of  junior shooters, and will work with both the junior and parent to ensure a safe and positive experience.
